Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in creative content creation focus on SEO strategy
Completed or currently completing a business or technology degree at an educational institution - High quality Written English
- Experience with WordPress and related content-management systems
- Experience using Mailchimp or any other e-mail marketing tool and graphic tool (canvas)
- Nice to have experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Responsibilities:
- Review/revise content on existing websites to optimize it for SEO
- Create SEO and marketing-friendly content for websites and digital marketing campaigns
- Expert knowledge and capability to develop & execute content strategies for long term results
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Complete SEO content writing tasks such as Long-form and short-form blog posts, content strategy, meta titles, descriptions, and more
- Update Social (Facebook/LinkedIn advertising) with content recommendations
- Optimize digital content by using metrics such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics, and generate improvements for greater impact
- Any other responsibility as assigned from time to time
- Be able to tell a story through visual communication
- Measure website traffic to content
- Utilize Facebook Insights, Instagram paid promotions, Google analytics, etc
- Analyze content and campaigns, report findings, and recommendations for future postings
- Must provide social media strategy to Communications Manage
Graphic designer
Qualifications:
- Solid portfolio with mobile and web-based projects, as well as branding and design projects
- Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD), and other relevant UX and UI design tools
- Ability to wireframe mobile, desktop, and application interfaces
- Experience in Figma and/or Stripo a bonus. Must be willing to learn if not.
- Very comfortable with layout rules, color theory
- A background in online ads, print media, web banners, button, and graphic creation, and creating gifs
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with a growth attitude.
- Strong design skills along with strong conceptual skills
- Assist with email campaign organization and production.
WORDPRESS Developer
Qualifications:
- Custom WordPress theming process without relying on existing marketplace themes
- Familiar with: Advanced Custom Fields, Custom Post Types, Custom Taxonomies, and other advanced methods to take WordPress theming to a top-tier CMS
- Able to write clean, semantic, accessible HTML markup along with Cross-Browser compatible CSS
- Strong knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity and strong knowledge of website speed optimization, resource loading, and cache features
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS development tools and best practices
- Well versed in developing responsive websites across modern browsers and devices
